So my daughter says to me 2 weeks before Christmas " there is still a place in the ski chalet, go on ask the headmaster for a weeks unpaid leave" So I did and guess what? The man from Del Monte said yes........so excited, off to Morzine tomorrow however slightly worried as only 4 months Trapeziectomy post op. Things are really good and I have a lot of function but there is still quite a lot of weakness so am going to need help with boots etc But hey, who needs poles anyway? :P :P :P

How lovely I am so glad you got the time off, just make sure you look after that hand and things will be ok....sorry it is so quiet in here but we have lost a dear friend off the forum...thought it only right to let you know then you don't think you are being ignored...have a lovely time.x
