I take Tramadol when needed and Tramulief each night but I've found if I don't take it or miss it I cannot fall asleep is this a side effect and is this slow relief tramadol addictive?

Hello lavenderlady. It's lovely to see you again. I've never heard of tramulief and I hope someone will be around soon who knows about it. I do know that, if it acts as a kind of sleeping pill, the body can 'forget' how to fall asleep naturally. That might be your problem. Maybe (but do check with your GP or pharmacist) you could have it at the side of the bed ready to take only if necessary.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Yes tramadol is addictive and a classic withdrawal symptoms is inability to sleep. I would try something alternative to help you sleep if you are worried about the use of it.
