Vanished topic

This is so weird. I replied to a post yesterday, it concerned a youngish woman with knee pain who'd been told her knees needed replacing but she would have to wait 10yrs or so, what could she do. She was so similar to me, except I have had 1 of mine replaced, I replied at length.
But the topic has vanished and its not evn in my "view your posts" section??Can it be pulled by the poster, I dont think there was anything contentious in it for the mods to object to.
I shall try and get back to sleep now.
