Clicky Hips

Hi all

Whilst doing my exersizes today - I noticed my hips are doing a lot of clicking and noise making - i have been suffering quite a lot recently with my hips and legs etc., Have been told I have the start of OA,
In addition to unspecified sero neg arthur.

my question is - is the clicking the OA?? and should I avoid doing exersizes that i know will make the hips etc click ? x

    I have had one THR and must say it didn't click nor does my other..some consultants would say clicking in a joint can be normal..I would carry on with the exercises unless you start to get pain, or check with your Physio if you have one..

    The only thing I can suggest is advice my Rhummey Nurse gave me, try not to do to much movement that makes your joint click because ever time you do it it's grinding two joints which isn't good.
