Help please
I know we aren't medics its, just opinions or links or even a pm.
You know this Greater Trochanter {sp?} that I fractured while doing a physio exercise (4 weeks post op) well when I went into hospital the ortho {never seen him before }said I would be left with a limp.
I was at the hospital yesterday for my 6 week appointment and saw my own surgeon who said.....no it wont be a limp it will be a dip......I can only visualise what I think he means.
Anyone any advice for me please.
You know me.....nosey as they come

Love
Hileena

I'm sorry Hileena, I don't know a thing about this.

What I do know is that drs can make predictions but often we fool them!

I'm hoping you continue healing well and recovering and that you're recovery involves being pain-free in time.

    Fingers crossed.

A dip? Would that be something similar to a woman walking along in only one high-heeled shoe? :? Medicos are great ones for making inaccurate statements (some of my examples include this drug will change your life, go away because you don't have arthritis, this procedure will definitely work) so I wouldn't pay too much heed - just concentrate on healing and proving them wrong. :) DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben
