Of out to slimming world in a little while wonder what the scales will say will I be in or out of target keep slipping under target zone the last few weeks each time I have managed to bring it back into target the next week to avoid having to pay again. was in target last week so we shall see what this week brings.

I daren't go near the bathroom scales these days, and to think when I was fit and working I weighed less than 11 and a 1/4 stone, ho hum those were the days.
