Yup, that's an 'all day' thing for me too - it takes it out of us whether it's two hours or six. It's all cumulative.

No news yet and I doubt that there will be for a while
I've just been to the gym in the physio dept.
Did quite a few exercises with me, told me which ones to practice at home and I see her in 2 weeks....shes on holiday next week.

Where would the Health Service be without its frequent flyers? I have visions of scores of consultants, nurses, physios and phlebos sitting in their rooms twiddling their thumbs in boredom.

Oh yes we need the info.......the nearest to that is an appointment tomorrow with the nurse for a Vitamin D test
At least that will be done by the time they get round to doing the DEXA

Vitamin D has been done today.....alson yearly bloods because I was there.....so that's that. I'll find out in about a week about the Vit D
