Drink more milk!

Oh well, according to new research, it seems that all we need to do now is to drink more milk and our arthritis will be much improved. Not cheese or yoghurt though, as they don't work in the same way. Mmmm.

I'll be off to market this week to buy myself a cow or two.

    I drink gallons of goats milk...so hopefully I should see some difference in these joints...very interesting that yogurt and cheese don't work in the same way..I wounder why :? ..thanks Janet and will go and have a look at this..

    Just tried to find some news on this and all i found was milk/dairy is BAD for arthritis! Lol. Always the way.

    I think its important to remember that some tablets should not be taken with milk or any other food that has a high calcium volume, else they will not absorb as well and be less effective.

    I think this is mostly relevant to painkillers
