I have just seen the message about sunshine and Methotrexate and appreciate the advice from DD about using sun protection. I didn't know that so thank you DD. I shall take that advice when I get the energy to go out and the sun is shining. The two things don't seem to coincide too often!

    Good for you fortuna..I don't take the meds but I sill use the sun screen..you cant be too careful..hope that others see this..
