Hi, I have OA in both of my big toes. I am considering having my bones fused together in my feet. I am 19 years old and want to do musical theatre at university in September which obviously means dancing. Could anyone help me with what it is like after your bones have been fused and what you can and cant do after it happens. I have had my first injection and it has brought the pain down a lot. The doctors do not want to put me on medication because of my age and they do not advise me to always have the injections. The only other option is to be fused together. Any advice could help me.
Thank you
