Letter from ATOS today nice ESA 50 form to fill in now:(

Got a white envelope titled "IMPORTANT THIS IS NOT A CIRCULAR" Opened to to find a nice ESA50 form to complete before 17th June.

Going to ask CAB for some help with it - Will keep you posted.

    They don't want to make it easy ..but you get help like you say, and good luck with it.

    I feel so sorry for you Justin, it's like trying to get through quick sand filling that form in, you lose the will to live by the end of it!! I'm glad your going to the C.A.B to get some help as they can take some of the pressure off for you. Good luck!!

    Thanks Bubbadog - There are certainly a lot of questions on the form, Will keep you posted on how it all goes right down to the medical.
