Hi All

Here in sunny Bridlington it's a fabulous day. Our local Lions Charity Car Boot Sale was lovely on the cliff top this morning, although I'm paying for it now!

I'm so lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world. How the sunshine makes everything seem easier to deal with.

It's homemade pizza for tea which will round off the day a treat.

How is everyone else spending their Sunday afternoon?

Love Dawn

    Hi,
Lovely sunny day here as well.....I was at church this morning then this afternoon we went to our local town fair. Didn't buy anything except a cake to bring home {OH's fault.....not mine  } and coffee and cake to sit in......I had to sit down because I was so sore walking....couldn't have gone any further
Tonight.....it will be something out of the freezer.....don't know what yet but it will be something easy.
    Love

    Sister stayed overnight.
    Church for us too.
    Cuppa.
    Sister goes home.
Washing out / exercises / washing up / other chores.
    Sarnie outside.
Friend pops round with flowers. Cuppa in garden.
Another friend rings for a natter.
    Pop flowers in vase.
Sit out again with Mr SW and a glass of wine each.
Washing in / more washing up / another cuppa
Now about to prepare a salad for our evening meal as we shall be skyping later with son and grandson but don't know when.
Then the recliner and total relaxation.
    A good day :D

    Church for me too
A drive in my new car, getting used to an automatic
Trying to finish some Art work for our local art trail next weekend and a picture for my daughter
    Made some soup
    Phone calls
    Crab salad for tea
    Hot shower and rest
    TV and chocolates
    A good day.
And now I'm driving again a good day tomorrow as I'm off to see my daughter and Grandsons.

It seems that we all had a lovely day yesterday. Shame the weather has spoiled itself today but I suppose that's the British weather for you.

I'm having a quiet day after yesterdays trip out.

Nice cup of tea with my feet up!

Hi Dawn. Glad that you had a lovely day in brid. I really like the place although I don't go as often as I could. Skegness is my weak point lol. . Also Northumberland coast. .

I do go to brid every year on the 28th April as my biological dad's ashes, my uncle and grandads ashes are all out to sea.
My friends own the rides up on the seafront in front of the hall place which name I can't recall. Forum??

They've been there a few yrs now.

Hope the weather hasn't deteriorated too much since you posted this.

    Hi Tony

    Yes it is the Forum.

The weather here did spoil itself for a while but it's beautiful again now.

Unfortunately my OH has gone to work today and taken his car so I can't get out on the seafront to enjoy the sunshine. I'll just have to open all the windows and let the fresh sea on come in!

Hopefully the rest of the week will be just as nice so we can get out and about.

I don't live that far from the Suffolk coast and it's a treat to hop in the car and set off, especially in the depths of winter. Shingle Street on a cold, bright and sunny winter's day is fantastic. Can you see the sea from your house? If so . . . lucky you! DD

    Hi DD

Unfortunately I'm about 1 1/2 mile from the seafront.

It used to be an easy walk but now we have to drive down and park so I can walk on the prom.

Recently I got my Blue badge, so we can now park right on the seafront and I can walk a bit further on the prom rather than being knackered before I got from the car to the prom.

Hope this warm weather isn't causing to much discomfort for you.
