Snapping hip syndrome

Went to physio today and she confirmed I have snapping hip syndrome! She has told me I can do anything now as long as I am able apart from jumping or turning my hip inwards.
She assures me I will be able to put my boots on and tie my shoe laces etc if I keep persevering and continue with a selected few exercises, all the other exercises I can now discontinue So I am now a happy bunny.
I'm beginning to feel a bit more positive now.

Good That's great news. Well done on persevering, krisbe. Happy times aheadIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
