    Thanks everyone. Having a lovely birthday. Got a tablet at the steakhouse overlooking the beach here in Tossa de Mar. My ibs hasbeen quite well behaved recently so I fancy my chances with a slab of red meat :D:lol: It's the sulphasalazine that's helping the IBS. Two birds, one stone n all that lol.

    Right, I'm showered n shaved. Ready to go. I'll try get back online later.

    Had a wonderful meal last night. Steak cooked to perfection.
    Having a pool day today. Can't walk too far as the knees are misbehaving. Never mind. The cold etc has more or less gone so I'll soon be in the pool.. lol

    we have had a very very long day today. We went to Blanes on the bus to see our friends there. I overdid the walking :shock:
    came back on the boat which is wonderful. Now back at the hotel and in agony :cry:
    got two times 50mcg/hr fentanyl patches on now. I've only once had to go higher than 75.. tells you all you need to know lol.

    It was really lovely to see our pals though.

    I'll post more photos soon.
