This brilliant self management course directed at all of us with arthritis
of all and every kind is up and running again, starting off initially in
the Portsmouth area.
So if you live there or in its surrounding areas sign up and join a course.
There are those who write on here who have been on a course already and
I'm sure will confirm it was well worthwhile.

    Not done a course but I hope those in the Portsmouth area will benefit.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    When is the next course in the north east?
    The Portsmouth course is scheduled to start on the 10 July.
