    I take the amys at night but also am on the pregabalin this is a newer version of gaberpentin and you don't have to take has much, so I find it much better because the higher does can mess with your brain , it really does help with back pain..

    No, I don't need it anymore, my surgery last February has completely fixed me! Shouldn't really be on here anymore I suppose but I do like the Book club!

    Was it hip surgery frogmella? I don't realy know anyone else with OA in the hips to ask about it.

    NO, sorry, I had three lots of spine surgery in total but the last one was the charm! Sorry can't help with hip stuff but do know a lot about spine things!
