completing PIP form

Just a couple of queries to do with the section after each question where you are asked to give more information and invited to continue on another sheet if needed, and the final additional information section.
Where I am continuing onto another sheet do I use a seperate sheet, labelled of course for each question?
Although I do not have Arthritis in my hands so can write, doing so aggravates my arm, shoulder and neck pain, would it therefore be ok to word process the additional information as I can then use my Dragon software. In fact, if I I wrote this on the form each time, instead of having to write part of this additional information on the form could I word process each section. My access to work assessment includes the reccomendation to use Dragon as I find writing, word processing painful.

He did not say you will not be storm tossed, you will not be sore distressed, you will not be work weary. He said you will not be overcome.

    Hi Slosh
Thank you for your posting on the forum. It sounds as if you need to speak to an organisation that specialises in benefits so that you can speak to one of their advisers about completing the form. We are not experts in benefits or completing the forms and I am aware that they can be complicated to complete. You could try contacting your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau. When you go on their website on the link it will give you the option to put in your postcode to find your nearest bureau.
Another organisation that may help is a charity called Turn2us. This is a free service that helps people in financial need to access welfare benefits, charitable grants and other financial help. Their website is on the link and they have a helpline that you can contact on 0808 802 2000 (9am-8pm Monday-Friday)
We have two factsheets that may be of help to you. One is on ‘Personal Independence Payments’ and the other is ‘Benefits you can claim’. You can access these factsheets on the link

I hope this information is helpful.
    Best Wishes
