Mini pasty , apple and sparkling water for me please . Our daughter and son in law went to the tower a couple of weeks ago ; it brought tears to their eyes as they were so moved . Have a wonderful day .

Cheese and pickle sandwich in nice brown bread, apple and Satsuma, and still water.

Enjoy the poppies - my son & his family though they were marvellous.

As long as there were a few packs of H**la H**ps there, I wouldn't mind, but I do enjoy a mini quiche, especially cheese and onion or cheese and tomato. Apple, banana, bag of either peanuts or hazelnuts. Actually, I think I'd need a coach just for my food.

Have a great trip mig. xx

If it's a packed lunch I'd go for sarnies too. Maybe tuna mayo with olives on wholemeal bread washed down with either water or fruit juice. If just a snack I tend to just grab some bananas. If it's a snack-masquerading-as-lunch I'd add a cereal bar.

Olives, cheese, bread or breadsticks, fruit, falafels, cherry tomatoes, fruit or some little individual Mr Kiplings and some bubbly water or a mini bottle of fizzy plonk if you wanted to make a go of it!

Hard boiled eggs, chunk of cheese, chunk of crusty bread, cherry tomatoes, crisps. All washed down with fizz or a cuppa, depending on the weather.
