Hello everyone,

Hope you are 'awap' :)

'What is awap?' I hear you ask :?:

Well, 'awap' stands for 'as well as possible'. I used it in private conversation with our DD yesterday. It met her approval, such that she suggested we use it on the forum, observing that it saves a lot of typing, which is always good :)

Like it? All comments welcome!

I like it! Are we not all AWAP? That word 'possible' is the key word there.

Possibly we are all AWAP but I guess some will be NAWAP. Some of us have forgotten what's possible

    (Nice one, Phee :D )

I think it's a corker, and am pleased you've introduced it, Phee, 'cos it was your baby. I also like FCOL - for crying out loud - another useful short form. DD (who today is NAWAP)

I tend to feel WISHFUP - Well Is Something Healthy Folk Unduly Prize

And WIJADIPOR - Well Is Just A Distracting Idea. Plough On Regardless

Can we include GMS? (Give me strength)

We need to compile a list of these very useful abbreviations - they are bound to come in useful, especially if we distribute copies.

Sticky, you could include it in the Starter Pack for the tripe therapy.

    Hello again, all,

I continue to hope you are awap :)

Kirst, I love your enthusiasm! Extra tripe for you

Tezz, well, I'm not quite awap today, due to a lingering cold, but I'm hoping to be awap again soon; thanks for the powerful GMS, which I agree would do well to feature, with other abbreviations, in the Tripe Starter Pack 8)

sticky, thanks for 'nawap', or 'NAWAP', if you wish; and indeed, for the philosophical WISHFUP and WIJADIPOR

Hileena, always good to get a like from you :)

DD, thanks for your support and for the potent FCOL; I'm sorry you're NAWAP and I hope you become awap asap  (sorry)

    Best wishes,
    Phee
