Hi, just wondering if anyone can give me any advise at all ??
I'm currently in a job which working around 70 hours a week is the norm and to be honest expected, however I am now really struggling with it. I seem to be taking more pain killers than ever and they are having an effect on mental health but when I don't take them I am in agony. It's a bit catch 22 !
I would love to go back to education and re train for a short period and wondered if there was any help available for this ?? I do want to work but can't carry on doing what I'm doing ..
Any advise at all would be gratefully received

I think that's a good plan but I really know nothing about re-training. I found this site which might be of help http://www.redundancyexpert.co.uk/government-grants-for-retraining.html Plus, you could try our Helplines. You could phone, email or leave a thread on their forum. Good luckIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
