Anyone use or have knowledge of any IOS apps that they use to record their diet, pain, wellbeing etc on a daily basis?

I've been telling myself I to do this for years and always say 'I'll do it tomorrow' but now I want to really see if there any actual triggers to my inflammatory RA.

Thanks.

Ummm, what's IOS? I used to keep records but discovered they bore no relation to what happened so gave up. In my view arthritis of any kind is what it is, and it will do what it wants to do: as far as I am concerned I am well but only in a way I recognise. DD

Sorry, I don't. Have you tried googling it? I used to use a little notebook but never found any proper correlations. I'd think there was with all sorts of things - diet, weather etc but in the decided that, if the meds were working I was a lot better than if they weren't

I don't know an app that can do all 3 but myfitnesspal is highly recommended for recording your diet and exercise, even my GP suggested using it.
