I know this is a bit late but I would like to wish you all a very Happy New year to you all hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year and that good old Arthur didn't give you too much trouble. and I wish all as pain free year as it can be.

    Thank you ladies have had a bit of pain and felt weary today but that I think was because our dog had us up at 5am this morning :roll: :roll: making the most odd noise as though he had something stuck in his throat :(:( got him to drink some water and OH took him into garden to do a pee then he seemed to settle down again but of course then I lay awake for about half an hour before dropping of to sleep again then got up about 7 in pain. and of course weather here was rainy and cold and I had to go out had some shopping to get so that didn't help but hopefully a good nights sleep tonight will cure the tiredness and the pain, well fingers crossed anyway. :lol::lol:
