Issues with TV Remote

Hi,

My gran has had arthritis in her hand for a while now but gradually getting a bit worse. She is now having difficulty using her TV remote with the small and awkward buttons. She has a Virgin Media box and just uses the standard remote they provided. Does anyone know if they offer an adapted remote which may be easier to use? Can't seem to find anything online so thought i'd try here.

Any feedback would be great!

Hello, I bought my late Ma a one-for-all TV remote (from a cheapy shop) which was the size of a large bar of a well-known make of purple foil-covered chocolate. It had bigger buttons which were more clearly marked (she had a visual impairment as well as weak hands). I've never seen anything like it in a disabled shop so have a hunt around electronic retailers or cheap outlet stores and I hope you find something for your Gran. DD
