Today ain't been a good one for me, joint wise, and this little ditty has just popped into my head: if you too have had a rough day try singing this.

I see trees of green, red roses too,
I feel them hurt, for me and for you,
And I think to myself
What an arthritic world.
I see skies of grey, and clouds of black,
The dull cursed day, then the dark, awful night,
And I think to myself
What an arthritic world.
The colours of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky,
Are foul in my joints and people wonder why
When they shake my hand, I wince with pain,
Whilst heartily wishing it won't come again
I hear babies cryin', I watch them grow
I hope they never learn what I've come to know
And I think to myself
What an arthritic world . . . . .
Yeees I think to myself,
What an arthritic world.

I add my wishes to hers, just as sincere but more prosaic.
Any pain your joints do hold will go from you
