    Hello ANN39 :) It's lovely to meet you but I'm sorry that you had to find us.

    What sort of arthritis do you have? Mine's basically RA which has led to OA. I manage to keep reasonably active though.

    hello all im new to all this ,i have OA OF THE JAW ETC AND HAVING FURTHER TEST FOR R/A I am in so much pain been new docs at the weekend given morphine told to take 8 tramadol a day 8 paraceamol and iburephene

    I'm sorry things are so bad right now, ANN. There are a few of us with arthritis in our jaws. It's not good.

    Please take care with all those strong meds.

    What do you do to distract yourself from the pain? Do you have hobbies?
