HOSPITAL APPOINTMENT TODAY

Hi
I know this is short notice but I have an appointment this afternoon. To see the consultant and see if he will give me another cortisone injection?????
The last one worked well for 5 months but is starting to wear off now.
Wish me luck that he gives me another one and that it works because its at night its agony and I'm going away for 5 days on Monday which also means a strange bed....that's not good either.

    I will be reporting for pocket duties my dear. If he refuses I'll jump out and bop him on the noggin till he gives in. :D
    Then I shall hide in your suitcase for a little holiday heeeheeeee.

    Glad you didn't have to "jump out and bob him on the noggin" Tony :lol:

    Well he did give me the injection but.....not sure if it will work as well.
    I think I mentioned before that the pain from the fracture was in the bone that protrudes out at the side...just below your waist and above your hip.
    Last time the injection was given in my leg on the outer part
    This time it was straight into that bone????
    Here's hoping it does work

    Well I slept OK last night so it has helped with the pain that was keeping me awake
    But when I got up this morning I had 2 or 3 hours of it being really sore which I didn't have before
    Hopefully given time it will work
