Occupational health review, advice needed

I have an OH review on Monday (my 4th), I have applied for flexible working i.e. to go part-time at work and wonder if I should mention this.
I'm asking as my GP has said that normally he would have signed me off sick by now or put me back on reduced hours but didn't want to do this as he was afraid it could be used against me by OH and HR who I have also been referred to . He did however reccomend that I think about reducing my hours.

He did not say you will not be storm tossed, you will not be sore distressed, you will not be work weary. He said you will not be overcome.
