Hello Everyone,
In 2014, i was know that my hip had degenered and had to go through replacement surgery. i am sure some of you guys have done it too.
i would appreciate alot if i could know your experience and also the best place to do it. i came to know there is an alternative beside the surgery.
STEM CELL INJECTION to regenerate worn or injured tissue. if anyone has gone through procedure please let me know the experience and if it really does the work. Does it also regenerate the bone?
love and peace

Hello again Uzsam. I've had both hips replaced very successfully but as for where one should go......I really don't know. I'm in the UK and, over here, I feel you get the best docs at the teaching hospitals. I can't say for other countries.
As for stem cell injections, I think they're only advocated for those who have osteoarthritis and maybe only then if it's in the initial stages. You have an auto-immune arthritis so I don't think there'd be any point in your trying for it. You might like to read some of 'sturge8's posts, though, as he went to the USA (twice?) for it. You can find some here

Also you might find more information at http://www.arthritisresearchuk.orgIf at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
