Hi
Popping to say hello. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis last December and I am still adjusting to the highs and lows of the condition. I have a feeling I might be asking lots of questions!!

    Hello, missbentley, I like your username, to my way of thinking it's very Jane Austen :) but I am sorry you have had to find us :( . I too have OA in a number of useful joints; whereabouts is yours and how are you affected? What has your GP suggested regarding medication and exercise? DD
