I would like to ask if anybody noticed that when there hips are sore a lump which is very hot forms and when cream is rubbed on ( deep heat) it eases it , the lump slowly disappears . Doesanyone elseget this ????

As I explained on Chit Chat, I can't help here but I hope someone can.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Sorry, I do get trouble in my left hip, but never had a hot sore lump there, so can`t really advise.0

Hi, I would like to thank all who read my post, maybe I am saying it wrong , its more like the bone of the hip is raised and warm very sore to touch. even if you cant help thank you for taking time to read my post ,not very good at explaining stuff :?

Mike, that to me sounds like inflammation - have you tried ice rather than heat? Ice is good for reducing swelling: I shall be draping a bag of Daisy's knee peas (they are clearly labelled because they are not to be eaten) over my right knee tonight because that is hot and puffy.
