What benefits can i claim?

Hi, I have RA (seropositive) which i have had for 7 years now. I have just reduced my working hours to 17 as find it difficult to do more. I was wondering if anyone knows of any help i might be able to get as obviously my wages have also reduced. I am 50 years old, married but with no children. Any advice would be great, thank you. :D
