I have lots of arthritic foot problems but I've never learned their separate names. The physio should be able to advise you and give you an exercise programme. I hope it helps.
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

I can sympathise with regards to ankle pain as I'm post op from ankle surgery due to OA. Unfortunately I too, am not familiar with the terminology you use.

If I were you, I'd speak to the physio. If that person isn't able to help the next step would be your GP.

Hope the physio appointment goes well.

I too have problem ankles, in my case plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, plus some bone-on-bone and extra bone growth: all stem from my PsA and OA in those joints. The physio gave me some exercises and things are improving in that neither hurt quite as much.

The physio is the one to advise and I hope that things ease for you soon. DD

I want to bandage my ankle or put on a brace or tubigrip but my back stiffness and pain in stomach make it hard to reach. Any advice. I have a nifty device that helps me to put my sock on
