hip mismatch ?

went to doctors today,he had a letter from my stand- in surgeon apparently my hip pain could be from a mismatch on my hip? anybody heard of this before. had hip just over 1 yr.

    I would gather from what your doctor said was in the letter that there may possibly have been a mismatch of the prosthesis made at the time of the operation. If so, I am very sorry to hear that.

    I am so sorry to hear that.

    Will your GP have made you an appointment to see the surgeon to discuss options?

    Ask your GP. (S)he should know.
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    I wounder if Elna is right..I have had one THR so cant really advise but I hope you get some answers..
