Hi Guys & Dolls! Sorry not been around much but my bloomin back has been giving me some trouble. Off for my monthly blood test with the vampires. Need to arrange a Doc's appointment as well. Well at least's it's Friday and we have got the weekend to look forward to and hopefully the weather will improve from what it's been this week. I've read some of you are having a ruff time, could this be linked to this weeks weather? as I'm sure my back has being playing up due to this damp wet weather.

    Hope the blood test goes good for you, in my situation the cold and wet weather is lovely but that's just because I'm running hot 24/7 from steroids. I'm sure it does make others feel stiff and dull
