anterior pelvic tilt

Does anyone have this and what have you had done about this. Interestingly my physio taped the front of my abdomen to correct position anyone heard of thus

    My pelvis tilts both that way and sideways but that's because my arthritis is so widespread. I exercise to keep the muscles strong.

    I can't see how tape would help but I know you've used it before in other places. Did it help then?
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    All arthritis 'treatments' are short-term in nature apart from the meds which are long-term. I suppose the tape is doing what the muscles could if strong enough - am I right in thinking that you have OA? DD

    I've looked but really don't see how it can achieve anything. Maybe for the 'worried well' but surely not for anyone with arthritis?
