My weekly weigh in day came round. Another 2lbs has gone making a total loss so far of 6lbs in 3 weeks.

By the time I'd queued up though and got back home my back was excruciating so I was swallowing pain meds as soon as I got through my door.

So, forwards and onwards for another week. I hope next week to "trigger" my half stone award, which'd be nice.

Well done, you're really making progress.

Well done, again, Grace. Steady progress is good progress. I hope the ankle will benefit.
