Have suffered with psoriatic arthritis for many years - just wondered if bananas are on the good or bad food list?

I don't have psoriatic arthritis but I've read bananas good for inflammatory illness.
The thing any one needs to be aware of I believe, is if they have been advised to avoid potassium rich foods, bananas are one of these.
