Well, no award for me this week but I did lose half a pound. I'd have liked to have got to that "1 stone off" point but it wasn't meant to be this week. Instead I'm hoping to achieve that next week. Let's hope I get that 1.5lbs off next week so I can say "I've lost a stone"

I'm happy as long as I'm losing, even if it's just a tiny bit as it all helps!

    It's still a loss even if it was smaller than you would have liked so still good news, well done.
