Another 2.5lbs has gone. Grand total is now 3 stones and 2.5lbs off since 1st September last year. I'm now working towards getting another one and a half stone off, but again have broken it down into half stone chunks in my mind to make this achievable.

I am so pleased, that is a magnificent total and you are to be congratulated. Losing weight is not easy but you have continued to make the effort and that is laudable. I truly hope you are finding some physical benefit. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0

That is amazing Grace. I'd be happy with losing a stone and a half but only seem to manage a couple of pounds then it gets stuck for months. Well done for sticking at it.Christine0
