Hi everyone, I was up this morning at just gone 5am with a locked up left elbow/arm! I must have slept with my elbow bent into my body as when I went to straighten it for some reason while asleep the most excruciating pain shot up my arm and woke me! Then I realised my arm had locked up and I had to unlock it to straighten my arm. It took a good half an hour to unlock it by that time I was wide awake and had a painful arm and shoulder to deal with. Not the greatest alarm call to wake up to!!

Ouch! I hope it's easing up by now.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Put a pillow or something under your arm or next to it so's you can't move it into a bad position. Hope it helps. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
