We are house-hunting. I noticed the beautiful state of one prospective roof and that served as a reminder to make me check others for potentially large expenses.

But now I do it so naturally, I find I'm checking roofs 200 miles from where we'll be going :o

Is there a cure or is it, like arthritis, something I just have to live with :?
If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Live with it - it has its uses! The number of times I've seen on TV or the property websites places that have been 'renovated', but that activity hasn't extended to the roof. Folks are easily seduced(aka fooled) by trendy decor inside but the roof is essential, unlike this season's paint colour, and potentially the source of much expense, disruption and heartache.

Obsessive compulsive roofing, it's a whole new medical experience  not a bad one to have though and I believe there to be no medical cure at present. :splash:
