    I'm glad recovery is going well, yes my knee is going great thank you now. Well at least I think it is, I can only go by how every says I'm doing as its my first one. I know that when I walk there is no arthritic pain lol and that is amazing. I'm also sleeping through most of the night. :D

    I'm not walking too far yet but I may never with my other issues, so who knows :D

    Considering it's only 9 weeks I'm pretty chuffed so far.

    Yes I've got arthritis in my spine too so you have my sympathy with back problems. Now that my centre of gravity has changed because the leg's not so bent the back isn't sure what's happening lol.
