Copper insoles

Basically I had a leaflet through the door a few weeks ago about copper insoles helping arthritis, I have heard about copper bracelets helping some people and I am tempted to try them.
I just wondered if anyone has tried them or yh ...

    Personally, I think all this sort of stuff is a load of rubbish and, if I were you, I'd hang on to my money. If it were so easy none of us would be here. But it isn't, so we are :roll:
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

    dont waste your money , copper insoles , magnets etc are a waste of time , you can buy cheap copper bracelet would do the same thing

    like sticky said , if there was magic cures then there would not be a forum , some of us has had RA so long you give up beleiving everything you read in the press (ie Mail & Express ) or the cure claims than people & companys make , just save your money
