ESA assessment

Hi I have my ESA assessment next week and I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on what to expect and what if anything I need to take with me.

I have read on here that most people get refused ESA first time, does anyone know if it makes a difference if your only on contributions bases ESA.

    I've no experience of ESA assessments but I put the words into the Arthritis Care search engine and found a lot of former threads some of which detail the experience. Good luck with it
    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
