Problems with travelling

Hi all anyone from N Wales had a F to F PIP assessment at Saltney Assessment Centre
The Sidings
Great Western House
Boundary Lane
Saltney
Chester
CH4 8RD......I have been told I may have to go to Rhyl which is over an hour away....Half of Boundary Lane is in England ..And the other half in Wales....Hence the Name of the lane..I am hoping to ask for a F to F in saltney ..But not sure if it's "allowed" as I live in wales...Any advice appreciated folks....The centre in Saltney is technically inside England....!!!...Only by a few metres... Thanks
