Partial knee replacement

Hey , I am wondering is anyone has had a partial knee placement? If so did it help with the pain ? Are any of you under the age of 50 who had the op? My consultant is reluctant to do it yet due to my age but nothing else is working .
Thanks Sara

I don't think this operation is as common as a full TKR. Here are some former threads on it, though.
I had my first TKRs aged 35 but I'd had RA for 20 years by then. I still have one of them 35 years on. The other was revised about 8 years ago.If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
