When I got home from the gps hubby had made a cuppa so I opened the anti-bios and took two as stated on the packet (got to take one a day now)then drank the tea hadn't had any breakfast an hour later I was feeling sick half an hour after that I was sick ,after all these years you would have thought Iknew better.Mig :oops:

    Mig, you've had a lot of important health stuff going on recently. With hindsight, we all have the perfect clarity of 20/20 vision. You made an understandable mistake and paid the penalty. End of.

    (And Sticky wanders off smiling and thinking 'Thank goodness it's not just me :wink: )

    Didn't make that mistake again had two sandwiches instead of one ,smoked salmon and cucumber.
