OH referral good news!

So I was at work today, when I got an email conferring my OH medical assesment for the 22nd September.

Finally things are starting to move, has felt like a right slog to get my case across to my employer, but it feels like they are finally listening.

Will keep you all updated once I have the assesment and what OH say after that.

    Good news, you may have already thought of this but take copies of medical reports with you, this openess will go in your favour with OH and they may well ask for them anyway. OH, as opposed to HR are keen to support people to remain in work.
    He did not say you will not be storm tossed, you will not be sore distressed, you will not be work weary. He said you will not be overcome.

    If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
