    Thank you so much everyone, yes I've not been on line for a while, have been making like I'm a fit and normal person! That's not worked out so well as I'm off work again until mid October but will be getting my sick line extended. I've made the decision to go for I'll health retirement and am hoping that will go in my favour. Thanks for the good wishes, all the best to everyone, slomo
