Thank you all so, so much. With your fabulous support, encouragement and cheering on I've got to target weight. :lol: :!:

Weighed in tonight and I'd lost another 2lbs. My total weight loss is 5 stones and half a pound. My target was to get to a loss of 5 stone.

I wanted to do this by the end of 2016 and by the skin of my teeth I've managed it.

Thank you. I honestly couldn't have done this without you.

    Thanks Mig. It's been a long, hard slog but being a typical Taurean I don't give in easily. Not been easy as I can't exercise and it's taken me since 1st Sept 2015 but I achieved my goal today.

    Thanks Carol. I'm pleased, but my over-riding thoughts are that I can't share my success with my John. I know he'd have been so proud, but this coming so soon after what was a horrendous Christmas for me, taints it rather.

    this is amazing news congratulations from all of the moderator team champagne bottle you are a total inspiration and after such an enormously difficult year it is wonderful to be finishing it off with a big positive for yourself. Onwards and upwards for 2017, we are so very proud of you!
